About
Tropical Glass Tinting
In 1974 Glen Garrow worked in the glass industry installing residential windows, storefronts and mirrors. In 1978 Glen was hired by a local Solar Film Company as an installer and worked there until 1983. In March of 1983 Glen took a year off and went to a Commercial Diving School in Canada. During that year Glen met Carolyn and was married in 1984. Glen and his wife Carolyn moved to Clearwater in June of 1984. In 1985 another Solar Film Company called Window Kote hired Glen. At that time Window Kote was expanding to four locations and Glen was put in charge of three locations for sales and installations. In 1994 Glen and his family moved back to Port Orange and started Tropical Glass Tinting. The business has grown every year since then now does business all over the state of Florida. Glen feels that every job that Tropical Glass Tinting does is important, no matter how large or small! The customer is # 1.
